Present: Jo Nancy Gunn, Marjorie Belanger, Brandi Flanagan, Martha Conlan, Patrice Tripp     Absent: Cindy Howard, Mari Warner

Item	Discussion	Resolution
Determination of new Chair person	Jo Nancy and Marjorie nominated as co-Chairs.  Jo Nancy will attend ministry and council meetings.	Elected.
Months on Flower Giving calendar assigned supervision	Personal choices for months considered. Colors for the paraments are noted for each week on the calendar.	All months assigned and marked on the Giving calendar.  Martha will follow up on last Sunday in January.
Thank you-s	Thank you to Vicky for her Team leadership.  A variety of ways to give thanks to those who have donated flowers was also discussed.	Each month’s supervisor will send a Thank You note to those who have donated flowers.  This may be done weekly or at the end of the month.
Palm Sunday	Early - March 20 Palms need to be ordered soon: Andrew Lane Co.  Palms need to be refrigerated when they arrive, and separated on Saturday before for sanctuary arrangements and distribution to the congregations.	Jo Nancy will order the palms. Team will meet Saturday, March 19, 10:00-12:00 to prepare the palms.
Easter lilies	Where to order-Lowes.    Contact? When to arrange for congregation orders? Notification? Time to arrange lilies for Easter services	Jo Nancy will check on the current contact person and get information for ordering; place order when ready Plan: Notice in the February Messenger-Jo Nancy Ordering tables- March 6, Marjorie supervise;   March 13, Marjorie and Patrice man table Order forms- Jo Nancy Marjorie and Martha will pick up lilies;  Saturday 3/26   10:00 arrange lilies
